You can't hire your way out of this.

The work is there. The people aren't. So the only lever left is what each person gets done.

We spent 10,000 hours building a 200-person company the hard way. Now we use AI to win back hours we never had - we'd love to show you how.

Does this sound like your week?

Email, progress claims, meeting prep, fee proposals, weekly reporting. None of it grows the business and all of it lands on you.

26hours a week

About two days, out of a seventy hour week

Recurring, an assistant can run it The actual job
01

You're busier than ever - but growth has stalled. Admin eats the day: email, scheduling, follow-ups, invoices. None of it grows the business.

02

Worried you're falling behind. Everyone's doing more with AI - but no one's shown you how to use it in yours.

03

Don't know where to start. A new AI tool comes out every week. It's all hype, and no time to work out what actually matters.

04

You know AI can help - but it's overwhelming. You need the leverage now, not another course you'll never finish.

The week shown is an illustration, not one client's calendar.

Names, trades and numbers.

Karl Simity of Canopy Fitouts, speaking to camera in his office during the recorded session
“It could take quotes from our contractors, turn that into an estimating sheet, then into a proposal to the point where I couldn't tell it wasn't my work.”

The mining and professional-practice lanes have no named reference yet. Arumpo Bentonite and Swanson Surveying are the two candidates. Nothing goes on this page until one of them says a number out loud.

How it works

You drive it from the first session.

One hour a week, no homework between sessions, and no price on this page because we quote it once we have seen your week.

01
Free, 30 minutes

The audit call

We go through where your week actually goes. You leave with it in writing, three next steps, and a straight answer on whether we can help. Yours whether you buy or not.

You leave with a written time audit
02
Session one, 60 minutes

We build it with you

Your assistant, on your work, in your Microsoft 365. Not a template and not a demo. You are the one typing.

You leave with a working assistant

Then 8 hours over 8 weeks

You learn to run it

One hour a week, around your schedule. By week eight you extend it yourself, and there is nobody to call.

You leave with the skill to extend it

What actually comes off your desk.

Copilot writes a tidy paragraph in a blank document. This writes the thing you were going to write tonight, in your format, from your own files.

The bar is what is left of the original time.

Only the first row is measured. Those are Karl Simity's own figures from the recorded session. The rest are jobs we know come off an operator's desk, sized from session notes rather than timed, and they stay illustrative until a client gives us clean numbers to publish. We will not put a figure on this page that a client has not said out loud.

Two days a week back, or your money back.

Measured against the written audit of your own week, agreed before you pay anything. If we finish without logging the days back we agreed, that is a full refund of every fee. You keep everything we built either way.

Straight answers.

I already have Copilot.

Plenty of people do, and it has got decent. Copilot writes a tidy paragraph in a blank document. What it does not do is take your contractors' quotes, turn them into your estimating sheet, then into a proposal in your format and your words, because it does not know any of those things.

That is what the eight weeks build, on your own documents. If Copilot is already doing that for you, do not book the call.

My co-director isn't going to use this.

Often correct, and it does not have to block you. You go first. He watches the output for a few weeks and decides on the evidence rather than on a pitch.

When he is ready, what you built transfers across. That is Program 2, and it is the same training on the workflows your team already runs.

We already employ admin staff for this.

So do most of the firms we work with, and the problem persists anyway. This is not about cutting anyone. In your trade you cannot replace the people you have got, let alone hire more.

It is about utilisation: getting your licensed people back onto licensed work, and your admin onto the things only a person can do.

I'm not technical.

Genuinely does not matter. It is plain English, one to one, on your own work. Nobody opens a terminal and there is no code.

I need to run this past the owner.

Fair, and we would rather have them in the conversation early than after the close. Bring them to the audit call, or take the written audit to them. It is yours either way.

What does it cost?

We quote it on the call, once we know what your week looks like and what we would be guaranteeing. The audit call is free and you keep the audit whether you go ahead or not.

Who we are

James, Charlie and Rob.

We spent 10,000 hours building a 200-person company the hard way, and most of the early hours went on exactly the work described above. Now we use AI to win back the time we never had. None of us is a consultant and there is no agency behind this.

Delivery and training

James Fitsioris

Runs the audit call and every session after it. He tracked every minute of 2023, which is where the hours on this page come from. If you buy, James is the one in the room with you.

First contact

Charlie Fitsioris

Answers the enquiry and books the call, usually within five minutes of it landing. If you get a callback faster than you expected, that was Charlie.

The measurement

Rob Yuan

Built the method behind the time audit and the systems that keep the count honest. The hours we give you come from your own timesheets and procedures, not from our estimates.

Thirty minutes, and you will know where your week is going.

You leave with the written audit either way. If we cannot save you at least a day a week, we will say so on the call.
